ALLIANCE, OH – Students were able to decorate pottery mugs and pencil holders for free on Wednesday, August 29th thanks to the Raider Programming Board’s Midweek Madness event,, which was dubbed Pottery Palooza.

Participants were greeted with music, snacks and fun as they lined up to get their ticket for a free piece of pottery. Paints, brushes and even stencils were available for students to create their masterpiece. Once the painting was finished, the fun was still not over. Each student returned their newly decorated pottery to the staff to be fired in the kiln and returned to them at a later date.
